Last month I was invited by the Willow Creek Association to film an interview with Mindy Caliguire about the soul of a church leader and leading through change. The day with Mindy and the Willow folks was a total delight.
They will soon release a new initiative called the LIFT Project (Leadership Insitute For Transformation), an online training opportunity. They have gotten Christian leaders from across the country together and have created a tremendous tool for leaders. I am so honored to be part of their project and adjunct faculty for the development of Christian leaders.
